The beautiful Cala Agulla Beach                                            Cala Rajada's Harbour

Cala Ratjada, a busy resort in the far north east of the Island is a top favourite destination with tourists mainly from Germany, Austria and France.

From the Airport you can catch the No1 Bus to Palma City, then take the Cala Ratjada 411 bus to the resort. You could also travel by taxi or book a private bus transfer.

Cala Ratjada and neighbouring Cala Agulla sit on opposite sides of the headland. Tourist development over the years has resulted in both resorts merging together creating a vibrant bustling area of tourism. The magnificent beaches and forest regions together with amazing scenery make it beyond doubt one of the most beautiful areas on the Island.

Beaches

The natural beauty of Cala Agulla with its fine golden sands, clear blue/green seas set against the backdrop of the Mountains has to be seen to be appreciated.

You will find Sunbeds, Parasols, Pedalos and Lifeguards on duty during the main season May-October.

Cala Agulla is a favourite with Surfers who come from all over the area to Surf the Waves. Take care as the beach is well known for its strong currents - pay attention to the flag displayed.
