Soller - Day Trip

Getting there - Directions

Planning a day trip or short break sightseeing in Soller or Puerto Soller in the North West of Mallorca?

Driving there by car is easy, from the Via Centura MA 20 at Junction 5A take the MA11 to Soller. The road is straightforward and well signed. After the town of Bunyola you will reach a point where you have a choice of taking either the Soller Tunnel, with a Toll Booth costing 5 euros or continuing by driving on the mountainous MA11a which has considerable twists and turns.

We would recommend using the Tunnel (3kms long), even although the toll is fairly expensive. You can take a taxi from Palma, this works out more economically if you are sharing between 4 people, cost is approximately 45 euros - 60 euros depending on where you are travelling from.

The Port has several designated parking areas and blue zones where you can park for short durations. Make sure you always have a ticket!
