One of the most common reasons for visiting the Consulate is in the case of lost or stolen passports whether you are a tourist or you live in Mallorca
The Consulate can arrange for an emergency passport to be issued to enable you to travel to your destination or home country.
Call the Consulate Office first to make an appointment. Any copy you have of your original passport is helpful, however please note that new photos will be required. You will pay a fee for the issue of the emergency passport document.
In the case of stolen passports you should also have a Police Report. This involves going to your nearest local Police Office to make a report of the theft. The Police will issue you with a document outlining details of the theft.
