This Apartment, part of a small private development with pool, is in a central Cala Bona location but also within easy reach of Cala Millor. With only 1 minute to Cala Bona Beach or 5 minutes walk to Cala Bona Harbour the location of this apartment is perfect.
Apartment Gardenia, on the ground floor has a large dining terrace with direct access to the large swimming-pool where you have 4 private sunbeds. The large terrace has sun and shade and is large enough for your sunbeds if you prefer.
The landscaped gardens and private swimming-pool with childrens area provides a perfect place to enjoy your holiday. Security entry around the complex ensures the pool area is accessed by residents only.

The Living/Dining Room is open plan with air-conditioning and comfortable seating. The Flatscreen TV has English and German satelite channels. The furnishings are modern with co-ordinated furniture. The apartment is near Cala Bona Beach, only 1 minute and only 7 minutes to the
2 km Cala Millor Beach. The Shops, Restaurants and Cafes of Cala Bona/Millor as well as the picturesque Harbour of Cala Bona are also within a few minutes walk.
Other Information
There are free parking areas near the building. A car is not essential as everything is within walking distance.
