Drive to Soller - Directions
Planning a day trip driving by car to Soller or Puerto Soller in the North West of Mallorca ?
Driving there by car is easy, from the Via Centura MA 20 at Junction 5A take the MA11 to Soller. The road is straightforward and well signed. After the town of Bunyola you will reach a point where you have a choice of taking either the Soller Tunnel or continuing by driving along the mountainous MA11a which has considerable twists and turns. We would recommend using the Tunnel (3kms long) if time is important to you, if not take the coast road where you can enjoy the breathtaking scenery.
You can take a taxi from Palma, this works out more economically if you are sharing between 4 people, cost is approximately 45 euros - 60 euros depending on where you are travelling from.
